Bottom of my Heart

Day Twelve of the Farewell Tour

We begin with a color challenge from The Paper Players (#PP244).

Now for the sketch challenge from TGIF challenges (#tgifc02).

http://www.tgifchallenges.blogspot.com/2015/05/tgifc02-sketch-challenge.html

I decided to make a long card (8 1/2" x 3 3/4") with the sketch because I knew I wanted to use From the Heart stamp set and the Apothecary Accents framelits.

I'm showing you a closeup of how I got my ribbon to be pleated.

I used my Handheld Stapler and Fast Fuse to attach the three pieces of ribbon together.

Then I attached them with Stampin' Dimensionals.

Do you also notice the very small heart?

Adhered with a dimensional but also have an Epoxy Heart sticker on top of the Pistachio Pudding heart.

It's all in the details, even the little ones, that make the card complete.

Get these while you still can.

  4. Love that you chose to do a long card...I get stuck in a rut with my A2 cards I think! The little addition of lace and ribbon is so sweet & feminine! Thanks for participating in my challenge this week!
