Keep it simple is back!
Today I'm playing with Washi Tape and Black Glimmer Paper.
Here is a closer view of the Witch Hat. I used the confetti star punch to cut out stars in the hat. I attached a Tangerine Tango piece of card stock behind it so you could see the stars. Also added a piece of the 3/8" Into the Woods (Rich Razzleberry) cotton ribbon.
It's hard to see the black glimmer paper shine but it looks great on the witch hat and the Boo! sentiment.
