Season of Gladness

Hope you are not still in a food coma from your Thanksgiving dinner. But then again you probably are just returning from your Black Friday shopping. Sure hope you found what you were looking for along with getting some great deals! I will begin my shopping next week. I'm still working on my Christmas cards. Speaking of let's see what I have for you!

Doesn't that make you want to take out your sled or snow shoes and play in the snow? Okay don't hate me but this is my favorite time of year! Everything looks so pretty under a bit of a blanket of snow. But there is nothing white on this card. I think I found my new favorite holiday color combination. Cherry Cobbler, Early Espresso and Mint Macaron. What do you think?

My snips got a work out too! Those pine cones started flat stamped on the tree branches and water colored with Early Espresso but I didn't like it. I decided to stamp them on Early Espresso card stock and fussy cut them. I used the Cherry Cobbler berries (pearls) from the November 2015 Paper Pumpkin kit called Mistletoe & Holly. Don't you love how it frames the card?

I used the theme from Global Design Project (#GDP012).

I used the sketch from Fab Friday (#FabFri78).

Thank you for stopping by today. Try not to buy everything in the stores. Stampin' Up!'s Online Extravaganza is ending on Monday, November 30, 2015 and you will not want miss out on the deals and flash sale items. Don’t forget to enter for a chance to win the Blog Candy Giveaway!

Such a pretty card and I'm glad you gave a close up showing the great attention you gave to details. I love the lace trim layered with the twine, and the holly berries too. I'm so glad you could play along with us at Fab Friday!
