Lucky Stars

Are you still celebrating? Did you get everything you wanted or did you hit the malls and stores today with all the returns and gift cards? Not me. I was very happy with my gifts. So I’ve been in my craft room playing with some new products coming out in less than two weeks. How exciting! I’m thinking you are going to just love the new Stampin’ Up! products they’ve put in the 2016 Occasions and 2016 Sale-A-Brations Catalog just as much as I do.

I tried to get a closer view so you can see the Gold Wink of Stella® I used on the Going Places DSP. I just added a bit of the Gold shimmer to the Delightful Dijon dots and stars within the DSP.

I used the sketch from Pals Paper Arts (#PPA281).

Thank you for stopping by today. Be sure to return for another sneak peek of a Sale-A-Bration stamp set

Product List

  1. I like you card. I was just wondering if the dots and stars within the DSP represented a constellation. Being a NASA guy, I drew the constellation Orion on one of my cards a few months ago.

    1. Thank you Brent! I'm not sure if the dots and stars represent a constellation. We should ask Stampin' Up!.

  2. Great use of this sketch, Leanne! I love how you've used this paper and set the star off to the side. Such a great card. Thank you so much for playing along with this Pals Paper Arts sketch challenge!

  3. Such a fabulous card, Leanne! Love the repetition of the stars, and the Wink of Stella! Thanks for sharing your card with us this week at Pals Paper Arts!

  4. Maybe it's just me. But I see the wonder of night sky too.

  5. Great color combo for this heavenly card! The night sky with the repeated stars is perfect. Thanks for playing with the PPA this week.

  6. Fabulous card, LeAnne! I love the touches of gold glitter stars, they are simply perfect! Thank you for joining in on the current Pals Paper Arts Challenge!

Thank you so very much for your comment. Be sure to come back tomorrow to see what more I have shared.

Happy Stamping! :)
