I took it out of my Hip Hip Hooray Card Kit.
I had a few extras just waiting to be used.
I cut a 16" piece of Coastal Cabana Thick Baker's Twine and took a few strands to tie a bow to the paper clip and used the remaining strands to add to the accent "Congrats GRAD" sentiment.
Here is a closer view of the pocket.
