New Paper Pumpkin subscribers who sign up at www.mypaperpumpkin.com/ between January 11 and February 10, 2014, will receive a FREE set of 2012-2014 In Color Stampin' Write Markers -a $14.95 value-with their Welcome Kit.
Be sure to select Leanne Johnson as your Stampin' Up! Demonstrator.
When you receive your Paper Pumpkin in the mail you have one of two options:
1.) Open it and enjoy making the goodies yourself
or
2.) Join my Paper Pumpkin Party each month and make that month's Paper Pumpkin kit and I will have two more projects/cards with the stamps/ink that were given.
Who doesn't deserve a surprise each month?
Paper Pumpkin is easy enough for children to enjoy too. Could be great family craft time without thinking of what to make. It's all done for you.
No Long Term Commitment – Stay as long as you want, hold a month, quit when you want. Flexible creative with ME as your personal assistant.
Kits contain everything except adhesive and scissors (stamps, ink, precut and pre-scored cardstock, envelopes if a card kit, embellishments, full color instructions).
Today was successful!
Isabella (niece) and Lynn (mother-in-law) came over to make an Easter Wreath and that is one of the items that were made in the craft room today.

I hear you asking, "How so you make the wreath?" It's fairly easy. Cut Designer Series Paper (DSP) into 1/2" strips (I used 6 double sided sheets of 12x12 DSP), curled each strip with bone folder (similar to how you curl ribbon with your scissors) and then took a straight pin to the middle of the strip of DSP and attach to the wreath that was wrapped in ribbon.
Isabella wanted to make a card when and if she was done with the wreath. How could I say no to continuing to craft? ABSOLUTELY lets continue to make more projects!
So I asked her to choose the colors and showed her a layout I thought she would enjoy and then we went to work!
Isabella measured, cut, scored the cardstock for the card base and then it was off to the Big Shot. She knew exactly how to make the "sandwich".

"Auntie you need to do it this way!" (Can we say future demonstrator?!?)
Then it was onto picking out the stamp set and ink and then adhering everything together!
Viola! How many "likes" Isabella can get for her work today?
Such a proud Auntie! She does great work! I should have her over here more often!
