Feminine Friday

SSINK is going feminine today!

So let's grab the doilies, hearts and lace.

Oh is that too girly?

Too bad because that is what I used.  :P

Well maybe you will think the color combination is too manly.

Blue, Green and Khaki

Too generic for you?

You know I speak in Stampin' Up! colors.
I really think all Stampin' Up! demonstrators or wannabe demonstrators speak in their colors.  You too are laughing because you know it's true! :)

Ok so the colors are:

Mint Macaron
Pool Party
Tip Top Taupe

Is that a bit more of a softer color palette to coordinate with the doilies, hearts and lace?

Thank you for nodding your head.

Ok so it might be tough to see but I used the branch from the An Open Heart stamp set and inked in VersaMark for the background on the Pool Party card stock.

The bird is stamped in Tip Top Taupe onto Vellum and immediately poured clear embossing powder over it and heat set it and used my snips to cut it out. The reason why I stamped and heat embossed on vellum was because the bird image once stamped faces the opposite way. And I didn't want the bird facing to the left towards nothing. I wanted the bird to face in the direction of the words on the banner.

Here is a closer view to show you my vellum bird, the teardrop Mint Macaron specialty dsp and the hearts. Especially the smaller one because it has an epoxy heart on top of it.
