'Tis Tuesday friends! I have been on this kick about using my Stampin' Up! supplies that either have never been used, have collected dust (or has yet to see daylight) from the last catalog release or what I haven't seen used lately from my other stamping friends (thank you Pinterest). You ready to see what I'm sharing with you today?
Measurements:
- Tip Top Taupe card base 4 ¼” x 11” scored at 5 ½”
- Pink Pirouette 4” x 5 ¼” embossed with Modern Mosaic
- Watermelon Wonder 3 1/8” x 3 1/8”
- Go Wild DSP 3” x 3”
- Watermelon Wonder 1” Stitched Satin ribbon about 8’
- Pink Pirouette 2 ½” x 2 ½” embossed with Fun Frames
- Whisper White 1 ¾” x 1 ¾”
I cannot recall ever using the Fun
Frames embossing folders. I know right? I can’t remember seeing many other
stampers use them either, so I challenged myself to use one of them. You know what? It was
pretty easy to use as an accessory. I measured the folder and cut my card stock
to that specific size (2 ½” x 2 ½”). I enjoyed not needing to cut any extra
pieces off once the card stock was embossed. I do not like doing this because it defeats the purpose of the embossing. I always measure, cut, emboss then adhere to project. Thought about cutting the inside of the frame to allow stamped images to show through. Although I did not do that this time but I may try that for a future project. Measuring the inside square and 1 ¾” x 1 ¾” fit perfectly. Using the ¾” Circle Punch and inserted the corners to make it act as a "ticket" corner punch.
I used the sketch layout from Mojo Monday (#Mojo433).
Thank you for taking time out of your
busy day to visit. Hope you can fit some time in tomorrow too!
