Cup of Cocoa

We made paper mugs at my upline's last team meeting.

The directions as are as follows:

Choose your base color cardstock. I choose to use Calypso Coral because it was one of the colors in the DSP pattern I chose.

Base:
This piece should be 4 1/2" x 8 1/2".
You will also need a separate piece for the handle 4 1/2" x 1"

I have given you a sketch of what the base should look like. Hope this helps.

    ----------   = Score
_______  = Cut

Cup Design:

Choose your DSP and make sure you cut 3/4" strips.
You will need 8 - 2 3/4" x 3/4" for the design of the cup.
One strip should be 3/4" x 1" for the handle.

When you are ready to adhere the cup together when adhering the base of your cup, I recommend that you put opposites together. Once all together, glue the base of your mug to the doily.

When you are ready to attach the handle make sure you score on one end of both the cardstock and DSP at 1/4" and adhere that to the top and then gently attach the bottom of the handle to the bottom of the cup. It should curve on it's own.
